SafetyFirst is Catholic Health Initiatives’ systemwide journey to ensure safety for patients, medical staff and employees at each CHI facility.
While safety has always been a priority in health care, serious safety events are still the leading cause of patient and employee injuries. Through SafetyFirst, all CHI employees will take active steps to make safety a top priority. The result will be lasting improvements that protect patients, medical staff and employees.
