eNursing is a coaching program that helps new nurses fine tune their critical thinking processes, which help them recognize subtle changes in a patient’s condition and deal effectively with emergent care issues.

A highly qualified nurse coach, working from a central location, is able to support multiple nurses at multiple sites. Nursing units are equipped with bedside workstations and webcams for two-way videoconferencing. Nurses can also community with a coach via text and voice contact.

Nurses supported by the program can contact a coach at any time, for any reason, during their shifts. A coach can also initiate contact to provide the support that graduate nurses need to become confident health care providers.
